care system designed specifically for general ward, intensive care,
recovery, pre-op and high care areas.
Inter-connecting extruded aluminium profiles for individual or
multiple bed wards. Ease of operation by nurses and tamper-proof access

All wiring done in
2.5mm pvc wire using bootlace connectors on all connections.

Fascias are
separately cut for easer maintenance on light fittings, plugs etc.

Separate earths
are fitted to each fascia as required by electrical standards.

All plugs and
switches are not screwed to the fascias making cleaning easier.

Plugs and switches
are either the standard Crabtree or clip in modular system.

Finishes can be
done in anodised aluminium or powder coating in colours to suit.

Finishes can also
be done in 5 different colours of wood grain .

Beech wood, Oak,
Cheery wood, Pine & Mahogany.

- Crabtree plugs of the Diamond Range are been used for
easy Cleaning and Maintenance.
- Power,GPO,Nurse Call and Gas Compartments
Completely Separate and Enclosed.
- No Screws are used to fix Equipment to
Fascias.
- Fascias are made in Separate Sizes to Accommodate Various Equipment.

Plastic Straps are used to Suspend Fascias from Unit.

Top half consists of:
- Item 1-58w uplight switched at door.
- Item 2-gas brackets & piping
run in separate compartment covered with PVC cover.
- Item 3-nurse call in
separate compartment covered with PVC cover.
- Item 4-fascias punched to
suit equipment.
- Item 5-500mm gabler rail.
- Item 6-R45 telephone jack
Bottom half consists of:
- Item 1-18w reading light switched on unit or relayed switched via nurse
call
- Item 2-5w PL nightlight switched on unit.
- Item 3-2 only 16A switch
socket outlets crabtree.
- Item 4-equipment plug 2pin & switch.
- Item
5-fascias punched to suit equipment.
Separate compartments for power, gas & low voltage as shown on
separate leaflets. Fascias are interchangeable with each other, they can
be used on horizontal & vertical units to make them more maintenance
friendly the majority of spares are available from your local electrical
supplier. Vertical units can be made wider by adding in extra 150mm fascia
for provision of extra points as required.
